Stallinger Holz is manufactured at Frankenmarkt according to the highest international quality standards in one of the most modern sawmill plants in Europe with a cutting capacity of 1,100,000 solid cubic meters in two-shift operation. Our plant is characterized by an energy-efficient production line with state-of-the-art cutting technology and a fully automatic, sensor-controlled sawn timber sorting system. In addition, the waste wood is fully recycled for the pulp and board industry and for the energy generation from biomass. Thanks to our double railway siding, the delivery and dispatch of our wood is largely CO2-neutral.
In addition to long-standing customer relationships in Austria and the EU, Stallinger has been focusing on overseas sales markets for decades – today our export share is over 60%.
As a producer of sawn timber, the company supplies directly to the construction industry and its processing industry as well as to other sectors that value a product qualitatively stable and competitively priced.

More than 20 years ago, Stallinger was one of the first producers in the sawmill industry to start producing scaffolding boards meeting British Standard (currently BS 2482:2009) at its Frankenmarkt plant. Since then, we have established ourselves as one of the largest and most important suppliers of scaffolding boards in Europe and beyond. International construction companies rely on our expertise in terms of quality, punctual delivery and, above all, our in-depth knowledge of country-specific import regulations, all of which makes our products stand out from the crowd.
