- Processing and documenting quality complaints
Your requirements profile
- Successfully completed technical and/or commercial training
- Professional experience in a similar work environment is an advantage
- Willingness to travel
- Basic knowledge of Italian, other foreign language(s) an advantage
- Confident appearance, negotiating skills and handshake quality
- Good IT skills
